Roz To Chair Top Marketing Conference

TV News London’s Managing Director, Roz Morris, will chair a one day conference at New College, Oxford, on Friday 02 September 2016 held by the Marketors, the City Livery Company for senior marketing professionals.

With issues of trust and authenticity now at the forefront of brand management worldwide, the conference, which is entitled ‘Is Marketing for Good the Future of Marketing?’ has attracted a top line-up of speakers to lead discussion. Book here

Speakers at the conference will include:

Keith Weed,  Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of Unilever, the world’s second biggest advertiser. A 33-year Unilever veteran, Keith heads the 6,000-strong Marketing function, working on such brands as Dove, Lipton, Vaseline and Ben & Jerry’s. He is also responsible for Unilever’s Sustainable Living Plan.  This seeks to decouple the company’s growth from its environmental footprint while increasing its positive social impact and he will be talking about this at the conference. 

Amanda Mackenzie, CMO Aviva, currently on assignment as Executive Director, Project Everyone, which has the target of promoting the Global Goals agenda to the whole of the world’s population. In October she will become CEO of Business of the Community.

Jack Lundie, Director of Communications, Oxfam, who will talk about challenges facing the charity sector.

Jim Carroll, Ex-chairman BBH who advises The International Exchange, a charity set up for executives in the communications field to take pro bono secondments overseas.

Tony Stratton, former High Sheriff, Oxfordshire, who works with SMEs, and is Chairman Emeritus of CPM, the UK’s largest field marketing agency.

Jonathan Reynolds, Deputy Dean & Director of Graduate Studies, Said Business School, Oxford, will summarise at the end of the conference.
